Yes. Our Return Policy is available through the website footer or by navigating to the Return Policy page here. You can initiate a return by completing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. The form is also available when you are logged in to your myInsight account. Select Orders, then RMA Request in the left navigation menu to access the form.
