Juan Orlandini
Chief Technology Officer, North America and Distinguished Technologist, Insight
Juan is Insight’s chief technology officer, North America, and one of Insight’s distinguished technologists. He is a 30-plus-year veteran of the IT industry and has designed and deployed enterprise computing, storage, data protection, virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions. Juan evaluates next-generation technologies for Insight and works with enterprise clients, assisting them in architecting and selecting strategic roadmaps. In his current role, Juan designates champions of the technology community within Insight and drives events that promote thought leadership, professional development and knowledge sharing.

Joyce Mullen
President, Insight North America
Joyce joined Insight in October 2020 as our North America President. Prior to joining Insight, she worked at Dell Technologies for 21 years as president, global channel, embedded and edge solutions, leading various roles, including sales, operations, supply chain, partner strategy, services delivery and logistics. Joyce earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Brown University with a degree in International Relations. Prior to Dell, she worked at Cummins Engines for nine years as EMEA logistics director, plant manager and director of international customer support. Today, Joyce is building upon Insight’s solution areas by leveraging her channel expertise and proven leadership in delivering solutions and services to clients.

Juan Orlandini
Chief Architect, Insight
Juan is the chief architect for the Cloud + Data Center Transformation division of Insight. He’s a 30-plus year veteran of the IT industry, during which time he has designed and deployed enterprise computing, storage, data protection, virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions. Juan evaluates next-generation technologies for Insight and also works with enterprise clients, assisting them in architecting and selecting strategic roadmaps. In his current role, Juan sits on the partner advisory boards for a number of our top strategic partners, helps lead our solution architect team and acts as a technical liaison within our multiple divisions. Juan is passionate about next generation technologies — both in the data center, cloud and in the consumer market space.

Amol Ajgaonkar
Chief Architect for Digital Innovation, Insight
Amol has more than 15 years of experience successfully implementing technology for business outcomes. He specializes in architecting and implementing IoT solutions using Azure for manufacturing and other industry segments. Amol has also worked with Microsoft Azure Sphere to embed security into cloud-connected devices to enable clients to focus on creating new products and services.
Joe Flynn
Director of Technical Architecture, Connected Workforce, Insight
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Joe focuses on the Microsoft stack of technologies to help clients keep up with the workplace technology curve. His expertise revolves around the latest cloud tools that drive collaboration, communication and security.
Ben Kotvis
Chief Architect, IoT, Insight
Ben has spent the last several years building IoT solutions for residential, agricultural, manufacturing and heavy machinery applications. Writing software in .NET, he works to solve business problems by introducing automation and building robust, cloud-based applications. He’s passionate about delivering value to his customers as well as building solutions where scaling and performance are part of the design from the first line of code to go-live.
Chris McCoy
Product Manager, Services, Connected Workforce, Insight
Chris McCoy is a product manager with Insight’s Connected Workforce team, where he works to design and build specific service offerings to enable and deliver mobility and endpoint management technologies to Insight’s clients. Chris has more than 20 years of technical solution sales and product management experience working for companies such as Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Parallels and Insight. Although Chris has a broad knowledge of many areas of technology, he has specific expertise in end-user computing, client virtualization and VDI.

Jeremy is a multidisciplined solutions architect with extensive experience in networking technologies, including projects in network design and implementation for international enterprises. He leverages his experience in cross-discipline technology fields to ensure Insight services and solutions deliver effective, efficient results for our clients — and drive value for the business.
Rob Parsons

As a member of Insight’s technical leadership practice organization, Rob plays a key role in defining solution offerings, as well as in creating custom solutions for large-scale and high-profile clients.
