Knowledge base August 2021 Release Notes: Improved Ordering Process

A simple ordering process helps you get the technology you need fast. The myInsight team regularly reviews how to improve your purchasing experience, and we launched an optimization this month that streamlines the ordering process.
Previously, you were guided through the following web pages to complete a purchase:
- Cart — to select Checkout after compiling your order
- Shipping address — to select an address
- Shipping options — to select your preferred shipping method
- Billing address — to enter billing details
- Payment info — to select payment method
- Place order — to review it all before placing the order
We have migrated the Payment info page’s steps to the Place order page, reducing the number of pages required to place an order. The new Payment info page will look like this:
