  1. Log in to your insight.com account.
  2. Navigate to Personalization and select User Profile.

  1. Navigate to Login Information and select Change Password.

  1. After selecting change password, you will be taken to the Device Management screen.

  1. Select Add method.

  1. You will be presented with several options for authentication method.
Select your authentication method of Security Key, Email or Authentication App on Insight.com Select Method screen

Authentication Methods

  1. For each method, follow the prompts on screen to enroll your preferred authentication method
    1. Biometrics/Security Key
Select Next on your authentication method of Security Key
    1. Email
Submit Email address and select Next on your authentication method of Email
    1. Authenticator App
Scan QR code using authenticator app and enter code displayed and click finish on your authentication method of Email
  1. Once you’ve completed enrollment, your available authentication methods will display on the Device Management screen

  1. The next time you log in, you will be prompted to authenticate through your preferred authentication method
