Apple’s manufacturing location in China was able to directly ship 1,000 devices within four days of Insight Public Sector receiving the request — with no Dead on Arrivals (DoAs), breakage or other issues.
With a quick and efficient deployment, the state’s office of mental health was able to start providing remote care with no downtime or disruptions.
Today, the organization has armed medical staff with reliable mobile health technology and is successfully delivering critical mental healthcare at a distance.
According to Fred Tafoya, Account Executive at Insight Public Sector, “Given the business challenges in today’s environment, it was rewarding to engage our broad Apple resources to flawlessly provide this vital agency the technology they needed on such short notice.”
