Danielle previously was a Sr. Principal Analyst in Gartner's Technology and Service Provider research practice. In this role, she conducted case-based research on emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and virtual assistants, for Gartner's Emerging Technologies and Trends team. Through this research, Ms. Casey identified new market issues and provides insights on emerging trends to technology provider product leaders.
