Business team celebrating success with a group high five, highlighting teamwork and collaboration.

Insight was recognized Wednesday by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2025, the latest testament to our values-based culture and dedication to taking care of teammates.

To determine America’s Greatest Workplaces, Newsweek conducts one of the most comprehensive workplace studies in the U.S., incorporating insights from over 400,000 employee interviews and 4.9 million company reviews. The study evaluates excellence in workplace culture, flexibility, employee benefits, leadership, and overall teammate satisfaction.

“These are all areas where Insight leads with purpose,” said Jen Vasin, chief human resources officer, Insight. “The stakes have never been higher for our clients to keep pace with rapid technological change and make the most of their IT investments. Our teammates are essential to delivering the value we provide as a Solutions Integrator, helping organizations find the right combination of technologies and services to unlock new growth opportunities. We all succeed in an environment where our teams can thrive on hunger, heart, and harmony.”

Our core values are more than just words. They’re the foundation of everything we do to make technology a powerful force for good, whether for our clients or our communities. In 2024:

  • Our teammates contributed more than 42,000 volunteer hours through our Heart Days program.
  • Our Work-From-Anywhere program gave teammates the flexibility to work where they feel most productive.
  • Our leadership development programs prepared more than 560 teammates for greater management responsibilities; and nearly 4,500 teammates completed more than 160,000 training hours to improve technical, interpersonal, and other soft skills.
  • Through our Recognize! platform, we celebrated over 190,000 peer-to-peer moments of appreciation — a powerful reminder of how much we value one another.

This latest Newsweek recognition joins a growing list of best workplaces accolades, including three years running as a Newsweek America’s Greatest Workplace for Diversity. We also are certified as a Great Place to Work in 12 countries and ranked on Forbes World’s Best Employers (No. 37 in IT), Fortune Sector Leader (No. 40 in Tech), Barron’s 100 Most Sustainable Companies (No. 48), and received a perfect score on the 2025 Corporate Equality Index.
