Insight teammates gathered together in celebration of Forbes World's Best Employer award

Insight has once again secured its place on the esteemed Forbes World's Best Employers 2024 list. This marks the fourth time in five years we have been honored by Forbes for our exceptional work practices and culture.

Forbes’ annual World’s Best Employers list celebrates companies that prioritize their workforce's well-being, development, and overall satisfaction. As a global Solutions Integrator, Insight accelerates organizations’ digital journeys by unlocking the power of people. We understand that driving progress requires empowering our teammates and clients with the best resources possible, and this starts with the intersection of people and technology.

It’s fitting that this recognition comes a week before Global Harmony Day, our fifth annual celebration of what teamwork means at Insight, taking place on Oct. 16. It’s our day to pay special tribute to the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talents that make our team so unique.

Being featured among the World's Best Employers is not only apropos to Insight’s people-first focus, it punctuates our position as a leading employer in IT and globally.

A great example is our recently established global team of Distinguished Technologists who we hold in high esteem as mentors and industry trend setters among a team of 6,500+ talented technologists.

You can find more instances of what we stand for and how we put our values into action in Insight’s 2024 Corporate Citizenship Report at insight.com/CorporateCitizenship.

To determine Forbes’ eighth annual ranking, market research firm Statista surveyed more than 300,000 employees in 50 countries employed by corporations with over 1,000 employees operating in at least two of six continental regions. Respondents were asked if they would recommend their company to others, and rated their company based on criteria like salary, talent development, and remote work options.
