That’s why we are honored to be named Intel’s 2025 Data Center Growth Partner of the Year, a recognition that highlights our innovation in this area. Our collaboration with Intel has been instrumental in helping clients upscale their data management and analytics capabilities, significantly improving business performance and successfully implementing and scaling AI to drive operational excellence.
"We celebrate our partners like Insight, who are at the forefront of AI innovation, transforming industries and solving global challenges. Their contributions drive real-world impact, and we are grateful for their collaboration in delivering groundbreaking solutions to our customers and the entire ecosystem," said Greg Ernst, general manager and vice president, Intel Americas sales and marketing.
Today, AI and other advanced applications are driving a critical need to modernize data infrastructure as quickly and efficiently as possible. Furthermore, traditional data centers often struggle with scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
The complexities of managing large volumes of data and extracting meaningful insights can be overwhelming. Organizations need clean, consistent sources to run AI models, yet struggle with proper governance, siloed data across departments, and legacy systems that may not be compatible with modern AI tools.
Insight's architecture team works closely with clients to design and implement solutions that address these issues. Intel technology plays a vital role in empowering our comprehensive suite of data center services, allowing us to consolidate traditional storage into cloud-based solutions to help our clients meet performance, capacity, and availability needs. By utilizing advanced processors like the Intel Xeon 6, we can reduce server numbers and licensing costs while enhancing overall performance and security.
The Intel Xeon 6 processor family is specialized for cloud-native applications, which is ideal if your work involves AI and machine learning. Capable of doubling generative AI and high-performance computing output, it accelerates integrated AI and features advanced Zero Trust architecture to secure connections across the edge-to-cloud ecosystem. From compute intensive AI to scale out microservices, the processor family provides versatility for diverse workload requirements.
One notable example of our success utilizing Intel technology was our work to help a major U.S. health system with over 50,000 employees transform its data center operations. With a new CIO focused on efficiency, the organization sought to automate processes for provisioning, deploying, and updating applications across Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms.
Utilizing Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors, Insight implemented a strategic Virtual Desktop Infrastructure deployment and established best-practice methodologies for automation. The modernization efforts have significantly reduced staff workloads by eliminating nearly 40 manual tasks, allowing staff to focus more on strategic work and patient care. This created increased efficiency, enabling staff to respond to issues and requests faster.
