24 Insight Leaders Chosen as CRN 2022 Women of the Channel   

Four executives also selected as Power 70 Solution Providers whose leadership is driving success across the IT channel

CHANDLER, Ariz., May 18, 2022 — Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), a Fortune 500 solutions integrator helping clients accelerate their digital journey, announced today that CRN^®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named 24 Insight leaders to its Women of the Channel list for 2022, including four executives to its elite Power 70 Solution Providers group.

Named as Power 70 Solution Providers this year are Insight CEO Joyce Mullen; Megan Amdahl, senior vice president of partner alliances and technology enterprise sales; Brenda Hudson, senior vice president of commercial sales, sales enablement, learning and development; and Amy Protexter, senior vice president of marketing.

Among their accomplishments in 2021:

• Mullen was named as Insight’s first female president and CEO, having led the North America business to a record $7.52 billion in annual net sales (a 14% increase, year over year) and annual gross profit growth of 11%.
• Amdahl led an enterprise sales team that achieved 19% net sales growth with $5.4 billion in revenue in 2021 and a partner alliances team that garnered 33 industry and partner of the year awards. Her operations team oversaw global logistics, supply chain, integration service and internal business transformation.
• Hudson’s commercial sales team drove 25% revenue growth, year over year, generating $1.5 billion in business. Her team kept Insight’s more than 8,200 client-facing professionals proficient in the company’s innovative solutions and related managed services, hardware and software lifecycle services, and consultative transformation services.
• Protexter’s marketing team produced 24,000 sales leads and grew partner marketing investments by more than 9% in 2021. Through thought-leader platforms like Insight’s Tech Journal magazine, her team educated the market, clients, partners and more than 11,500 teammates on Insight’s expanding role as a solutions integrator and new strategies enabling organizations to be ambitious about digital innovation.

The annual Power 70 Solution Provider honorees are chosen by the CRN editorial team based on their expertise and contributions to building strong solution provider businesses. Through strong business acumen, innovation and strategic thinking, these extraordinary women support their solution provider businesses and clients with exceptional leadership and dedication to channel excellence, according to CRN.
