Lead Technologist, Commercial Client BU, AMD

Chuck is AMD's Lead Technologist for the Commercial Client Business Unit and has had a lifelong passion for technology and connecting its benefits with customer needs. He has been with AMD for over 12 years and in the IT industry for over 20. In the Client Business Unit, he drives the commercial focus around products, messaging and sales efforts. This is a cross-functional role that interfaces with sales, marketing, product management, as well as end customers. Chuck has created multiple teams, from start-ups to rebuilding small cohesive groups during times of restructuring and market turmoil. He has successfully navigated large cross-functional groups to accomplish the impossible by being as comfortable connecting with an individual engineer as the CxO of a large company.
