Her focus is on Adoption and Change Management and how it can maximise employee engagement, helping answering questions "what's in it for me" with new tools & technology for end users.

Danielle has studied PROCSI methodology to help Clients apply the best practices and has developed a strong knowledge and passion for innovation, improving collaboration, efficiency, communication and productivity using digital technology for Clients.

Miranda Webb

Miranda is an Adoption & Change Consultant at Insight, ensuring technology enhances people’s lives and helps businesses to run smarter.  Previously, Miranda worked for large IT services provider, leading change programmes to modernise how multiple IT services were delivered to improve customer and employee engagement.  Miranda is also a Co-Director of Be The Change.Digital, a Community Interest Company aiming to prepare society for the impact of digital disruption and promote diversity of thought.
