WA Department of Communities, supported by Insight, announced as an APAC Finalist in the 2019 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards


Sydney, Australia, May 14, 2019 -- Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), today announced its client solution for WA Department of Communities has been recognised as a 2019 Award Finalist in 2019 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards.

Insight was pleased for its client to be named a finalist in the category of Regional Transformational Leaders APAC. The client solution was delivered for WA Department of Communities to enable effective management and tracking of end-to-end legal requests from lifecycle to completion, across a pool of 3600 open requests. The Nintex-based case management solution has substantially reduced the manual processing of legal cases. It has also improved KPI compliance outcomes and visibility for the Department.
