About CBRS networks
Citizen Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), also known as private LTE, is a growing way to connect using a different frequency range than Wi-Fi. It was approved and is governed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

- Secure by nature, CBRS leverages encrypted channels that require registered SIM cards for access.
- CBRS offers a reduction in cells, thus can be an ideal alternative to Wi-Fi networks that would require dozens of access points to deliver optimal quality of service with minimal roaming.
- Administrators have the option of spectrum slicing, or segmenting, CBRS networks to further enhance security and ensure performance across different devices and users on the network.
