Diversity, inclusion and equity are fundamental values at Insight. Each of our teammates contribute distinct life experiences, viewpoints and backgrounds, which we consider to be a crucial aspect of creating resilient and effective teams.
We understand that India is a diverse region with varied cultural and socioeconomic factors that need to be considered and reflected in our recruitment strategy. For example, in 2023, we partnered with Generation India Foundation, a non-profit organization that transforms education into employment systems to reduce the employability gap at entry level jobs for graduates.
Insight Cloud Academy
At Insight Cloud Academy, we partner with leading universities in India and talent communities to train youth on the latest cloud technologies including Azure, AWS and more. We have various programs designed to meet market needs and help young engineers learn skills that prepare them to be onboarded to client projects.
We’re proud to have onboarded more than 450 students into the program, and we’ve processed more than 65,000 applications to date.
