Insight Recognised as a Centre of Excellence in Wellbeing

Insight is proud to announce it has been recognised as a ‘Centre of Excellence in Wellbeing’ by Great Place to Work.

This is a UK-wide recognition for organisations with excellent wellbeing practices, as perceived by employees, and assesses six key dimensions that drive a culture of wellbeing including mental and physical health, work-life balance, fulfilment at work and interpersonal relationships.

UK HR Director, Gill Swain commented, “We are extremely proud that our dedication to developing a culture of wellbeing has been recognised through this fantastic award. It is a testament to the commitment we hold to both our current and future employees’ wellbeing and endeavour to create an environment that allows our teammates to thrive.”

At Insight, our success starts with our people, and we believe that employee wellbeing is a key component of that success. We are committed to creating an environment that reflects our company values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony and celebrate our differences.
