Summit school

Since 2018, Insight Canada has partnered with Summit School, which provides a supportive learning environment for students with special needs. Through various initiatives, Insight has helped Summit School take student life to another level from a technological standpoint, for example partnering with Lenovo to donate Chromebook devices. In 2022, Insight and Lenovo launched the Reach IT program to train students in IT and open up employment opportunities. The efforts are driven by the Insight Reach program, as teammate volunteers and Insight donations to nonprofit organizations support youth through technology grants and STEM curriculum.

Family at make a wish event

A child’s wish is a Noble Cause.

Ten year-old Avery got to meet the creator of “Halo” action figures. Diego, 8, can now play games and read on his own Microsoft® tablet. Wishes like these mean the world to a child.

For four years, Insight’s Noble Cause program has supported such wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as provided funds to Ronald McDonald House and the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Dbacks Helios 2016 v1-HD

There is no greater gift than an education.

Each year Insight and several partners team up with the Arizona Diamondbacks to reward underprivileged children who are academically exceeding. Through the Helios Foundation, these children have received full-ride scholarships to the Arizona university of their choice.

And due to the generosity of our partners, we have been able to provide them the technology they need as they head off to school in the fall.

"Part of the reason we lose students in STEM is because they don’t quite see its relevance in real life. … Baseball makes that translation very easy."
